TASC 2023 joint with ICUDDR Conference 2023 is a place and time for substance abuse scholars, researchers, addiction practitioners, drug policy implementers, players in healthcare-justice-education systems, and civil society to meet and learn more. This year’s themes are ‘drug policy and implementation’ together with ‘addiction science, policy and education: growth and progress in a post pandemic world’. Highlights include global drug policy; international and regional information system for policy development; emerging health and social issues after the legalization of narcotic plants; forensic surveillance; alternative justice; treatment updates; demand reduction strategies for alcohol, drugs, smoking; and physician education
